Watershed Urban Runoff Management Program

TIJUANA RIVER

The 2005-06 Tijuana River Watershed Urban Runoff Management Program Annual Report (Tijuana River Annual Report) describes the watershed activities conducted by the County of San Diego and the cities of Imperial Beach and San Diego (Copermittees) for Fiscal Year 2005-06, as required under the Municipal Storm Water Permit Order 2001-01 (Municipal Permit). The Tijuana River Annual Report represents the Copermittees efforts during the past fiscal year to develop and implement the Tijuana River Watershed Urban Runoff Management Program (Tijuana River Watershed URMP).  The Copermittees are proud to report that progress has been made and the municipalities will continue to implement, improve and enhance these programs and activities over the next several years.
